This Refund Policy outlines how we handle those situations. Please understand that because there are dishonest people in the world, and we don't want to get burned again, we will record all conversations - and all transcripts and communications will be kept on file.ย

โœ… Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described

  • The issue could not be resolved by replacement or alternative method

  • A request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number) is provided

  • You have communicated with us about the issue prior to requesting a refund


๐Ÿšซ Non-Refundable Items

To maintain fairness and integrity for all our vendors and community partners, the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items received after 14 days of delivery

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or intentional damage

  • Digital or event-based items (unless otherwise stated)

  • Custom-made or print-on-demand items

  • Game cards or promotional participation passes that have already been stamped or used

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment

  • Processing may take 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

  • Weโ€™ll notify you once the refund has been issued

In many cases, we can offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit or promotional code

  • An exchange if inventory is available

Our first goal is to solve, not separate. But rest assured, if we can't resolve the issue, we will honor your refund.
